Our Blessed Mother-

for peace in the
World
The Eternal Question
Why was I Created? Why did God give me life?
God made me to know Him, to love Him, and serve Him in this world, and to be happy with Him forever in heaven.
(The Baltimore Catechism)
Welcome to Our Website
I. Greetings Prayer Warriors,
May the love of our God, The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit be upon you, your family and all the families throughout the world. Welcome to our website which is dedicated to the PEACE for all Men, Women, and Children of all ages, of all races and creeds throughout all the World, forever.
Mary, the Mother of Jesus, is the Mother for all of us world-wide. As He was dying upon the cross, Jesus said to His Mother and the Apostle John, “Woman behold thy son. Son behold thy Mother.” Upon saying those words, Jesus forever established Mary as Our Blessed Mother.
Mary, Our Blessed Mother, has been given many titles of honor throughout the years, until the End of Time and Beyond. Perhaps the greatest title is, “Queen of Peace” . How do we approach Mary? It’s okay to say words of prayer toward our Blessed Mother. We do not Pray to Mary like we Pray to Jesus. She is not a deity. It is very important to remember that she is the most important human being who has been given the enormous responsibility to promote peace for humanity as the human who is closest to our Savior, Jesus Christ in Heaven.

You may ask what is intended or meant by Our Blessed Mother – Queen of Peace. Peace is perhaps the most desired state of being or goal for all the Earth, for all people until the end of time. Living in peace allows us to focus upon our growing relationship with the Trinity throughout all our lifetimes and into eternity.
One way to solidify our relationship with Our Blessed Mother is to recite the special prayer throughout the day included on the backside of the prayer card you may send for , In addition, Catholics may “pray the rosary”. The rosary is a set of prayers given to us by Our Blessed Mother which focuses upon the major life of Jesus. It is one special way to “Pray to God” using a special formation of prayer beads, a crucifix, and a connector or center.
Perhaps you will recall the story of the loss of Jesus in the Temple for three days. After a lengthy search throughout Jerusalem for three days, Joseph and Mary found Jesus in the Temple talking to the Priests about faith and life. The Priests were shocked to hear such a young boy talk about those topics with such authority. When Joseph and Mary asked why He would do such a thing, He answered, “Don’t you know that I should be about my Father’s business?” But the Bible goes on to say that Jesus obeyed His mother and father from that time forth. Do you recall the events at the Wedding Feast at Cana? Because the wine was finished, Mary asked Jesus for help with the situation. Jesus said that it wasn’t His time to do that type of work. But Mary told the waiters, “Do what He tells you .” He did help.
Our Blessed Mother will respond to our petitions to secure peace on Earth for all mankind through her Son, our Lord Jesus. However, we humans need to do our part in the process of achieving peace. Our Blessed Mother was once quoted as saying, “Pray, pray, pray the rosary.” Now it is our turn to start contributing to the peace process.
God Bless you and your families. At mass, the Priests will say, “Go in Peace to love and Serve the Lord.” Now it is up to you!
Blessings,
Sam

III. Reflections on Prayers
This section will discuss several prayers over a period of time. The first prayer review will focus upon the Twelve Year Prayers of Saint Bridget of Sweden. Historically, this is a complex arrangement of prayers offered to St. Bridget by Jesus Himself. The set of 12 prayers were pronounced “Authentic” by Pope Clement XII. The entire set of prayers must be every day for 12 consecutive years. Jesus told St. Bridget that the person who completes the entire 12 years will receive five graces. That person will suffer no Purgatory, will be accepted among the Martyrs, may select three other people to be kept in a state of grace and become holy, none of the person’s family members for the next four generations will be lost, and the person reciting the prayers continually for 12 years will be made to know of his death one month beforehand.
The entire sequence must be fully prayed for 12 consecutive years, all 365 days per year. If he misses one day for a good reason, he can say it twice the next day. One aspect you will realize is your own personal change over a period of time. One cannot pray these prayers for that period of time and not be changed for the betterment of his or her soul as each recognition of the Passion has a special meaning for those who pray them. For Example:

- The Circumcision: As atonement for my sins of youth.
- The Suffering on the Mount of Olives: As atonement for my sins of the heart.
- The Flogging: As atonement for my sins of the flesh.
- The Crowning of Thorns: As atonement for my sins of the Spirit
- The Carrying of the Cross: As atonement for my rebellion against the cross.
- The Crucifixion: As atonement for wounds against the reparation of my and all the World’s sins.
- The Piercing of Jesus Side: As atonement for sins of all Mankind.
In the future, we will consider other prayers which may be beneficial for our salvation.
Blessings,
Sam
IV. Why are Jesus and Mary shown in blue and red?

According to “Connect Us” (May 5,2020), “In the Arts … colors hold (a) special meaning. Color can be used to evoke emotion, convey meaning, or provide a visual cue to a particular concept (p.1). In Art, colors usually maintain their meanings over a period of time. However, the same is not true when it comes to the application of meaning of colors in scripture. “Scripture also assigns meaning to color that only apply when considered with God in View” (p.1). With these thoughts in mind, let us examine the use of the colors blue and red with Our Blessed Mother-Queen of Peace and Our Lord and Savior Jesus.
Red was originally used in the Old Testament to describe various characteristics of different men and women whom the authors of the “books” wrote about. In the writings following Jesus life on Earth, the color red was meant to reflect, “Atonement.” That is to say that Red became related to blood as in ceremonies resulting in the forgiveness of sins or bad behavior. Later in the New Testament,
Initially, the color blue was associated with the sky as a connection to the gates of Heaven. Later, the color blue became associated with Jesus and His Mother Mary. In addition, in art, the color blue came to be associated with royalty or being rich as the color to dye cloth into a blue color came from rare natural plants. Finally blue was used in the Old Testament to dye the cloth used to weave the materials for the religious tents as well as vestments for the religious of those days.
